Completing over two million square feet of construction projects, our team combines a vast range of experience from all project sides including: boots-on-the-ground construction, architecture and design, development, general contracting, and client side project management. Plan Management

Trinity Plan Management understands the complexities of each project. A “simple” project may not necessarily be as easy as it may seem at first glance. There will inevitably be a roadblock, an obstacle, or a mountain impeding the project goal.

For a project to be successful, the leadership team must plan the work, then manage the plan and details that drive the project.  

Our strength lies in the ability to foresee these issues and address them in advance. As a result, we have created a more detailed and prepared management approach to easily combat project challenges before they become a concern to the budget, schedule, or constructability. We refer to our process as plan management.
